So, first things first.  The s/d vid to end all s/d vids.  I'm kidding of course.  But since I have limited clips and inspiration, I was surprised when this one jumped out at me.

The song is "Lucky" (Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat).  It is so incredibly perfect for s/d, I had to do it.

Now the insanity.
So I may have had some sort of breakdown coming home from work today.  Instead of taking the highway to avoid the weekend traffic, I was taking back roads.  I was not thinking about it until it hit me.  The road I'd taken goes right by my grandparents' house.  As the house came into view, I completely lost it.  It hit me that my grandma was really gone.  It wasn't like it was going to hit me at a family gathering because she's been pretty much confined to the nursing home for the last year and a half (it was too hard on her to travel and stuff). 

But that house....That house is where my sister, my cousins, and I would beg our parents to spend the night at.  Where my grandma would paint our nails at night, and let us watch tv until our eyes would fall out.  Where we got to help build a giant treehouse.  It was where we had Christmas', and Easters, and countless other holidays.

And my grandma ws always a part of it, and now she isn't.  And it finally hit me. 

I sobbed the rest of the way home (don't even remember the rest of the drive).  I just kind of lost it, and now I feel kind of empty.

I know I said I wasn't going to post this till later, but I decided I couldn't wait.

Oh, and I haven't gotten around to fixing the broken links yet.  I will probably tomorrow sometime. (I also discovered I'm missing acouple other vids of mine).  I told myself I could post my new vid, but then I had to finish Tidal Years, chapter 8 (which is almost done!).  Also, will post that on ssk_productions</lj> when I've typed it.
